The International Group of Ex Libris Users (IGeLU) is the collective voice and advocate for users of Ex Libris products. We hold more than 400 members institutions representing more than 1600 Libraries or Archives using Ex Libris products in 39 countries around the world.
Our aims are:
- To reflect the needs and priorities of the Ex Libris user community
- To influence software and services development to the mutual benefit of product users and the company
- To offer the community a forum for sharing information
- To speak with one voice to Ex Libris to improve customer satisfaction
IGeLU works with our sister organisation, Ex Libris Users of North America (ELUNA), and with over 30 independent National and Regional User Groups, in lobbying for enhancements, development initiatives, and service improvements. We have a strong, positive relationship with Ex Libris, and work in partnership on product enhancements, collaborative testing of new releases, and focus groups.
We’re open to all users of Ex Libris products – see how to join.
